Life and Relationship Coaching in Roseville, CA

Picture
Coaching is an alternative to psychotherapy that is less focused on healing and insight, and more focused on clarity and direction. Coaching is action-oriented and forward thinking. In the coaching process, I aim to support the client through the exciting process of discovery and direction to build on the strengths and the motivation they bring.

Coaching is a great fit for people who may be stuck, but don't feel broken or wounded.  Psychotherapy is like a life preserver when you feel like you can't swim.  Coaching is more like having a pacer to run a marathon, or having a sherpa for an advanced hike.

Coaching is a great fit for people who generally feel well, who feel good about their life and relationships, but find themselves with questions and concerns they are having difficulty sorting through on their own.

The person being coached may have great support from friends and family, but would like a an unbiased profession to help them see different angles in their situation, better identify their options, and make some new progress.

If you'd like to discuss if coaching is right for you please feel free to contact me so we can explore it further.
